Delete your Wimzi account
You can delete your Wimzi account and all of its data at any time. Deleting it removes your account from every Wimzi game.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Wimzi Solitaire and tap Profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete everything to confirm.
Your account is deleted right away. Close the app and reopen it to start fresh.
By email
If you can't open the app, email support@wimzigames.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your player code (Profile → Player Code), if you have it. We'll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your player account and player code
- Saved progress, coins, statistics, items and settings
- Display name, avatar, friends, gifts and leaderboard entries
- Rewards points and any assigned support host
What may be kept
- Support emails, for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them too.
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics that can't identify you.
- Analytics records linked to your account are anonymized within 30 days, so they can no longer be connected to you. Copies held by Google expire under Google's retention settings (up to 14 months for analytics).
- Records we must keep by law, such as purchase records.
